At TankTough Fitness Club, we stand behind our products and want every customer to shop with confidence. If something goes wrong with your order, we're here to help.

1. Size Exchanges — 30 Days

We offer one free size exchange per eligible clothing item within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Customers must request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Each eligible item qualifies for one complimentary size exchange.
• TankTough covers the cost of producing and shipping the approved replacement.

Size exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable.

After reviewing your claim, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a free replacement or refund.

3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost during shipping, contact TankTough Fitness Club.

We will investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Stolen Packages

Packages reported stolen after delivery confirmation will be reviewed individually.

We may request additional information and investigate the claim with the shipping carrier before determining whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Replacement or refund approval is not guaranteed for packages confirmed delivered.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because many TankTough products are produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for changes of mind.

However, eligible clothing items qualify for our complimentary size exchange program.

Refunds may also be approved for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
